Your personal data gathered in line with the fulfillment of the above-mentioned Purposes shall be transferable under the scope of the data processing terms mentioned in Article 5 of the Law and in compliance with the rules for transferring personal data mentioned in Article 8 of the Law; to consultants from whom we supply service and technical service providers in charge of information technology infrastructure and cookies within our legitimate interest, and to legally capable public authorities and legally capable private organizations due to explicit stipulation by law and the fulfillment of our legal liabilities.

Respective Individual's Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
Concerning your personal data, we hereby declare that you have the following rights according to Article 11 of the Law:
- Requesting information about whether or not your personal information was processed,
- Requesting respective information if your personal data was processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing in relation to your personal data and whether or not the data was used per its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or internationally,
- Requesting the correction of your personal data in case it is deficiently or incorrectly processed and the notification of such correction process to the respective third parties to whom your personal data was transferred,
- Although processed in compliance with the Law and all other legal provisions, requesting the deletion or removal of your personal information in case the reasons for the necessity of processing are no longer present and requesting the notification of such removal or deletion process to the third parties to whom your personal data was transferred,
- Objecting to a result that is to your detriment after your processed data is exclusively analyzed via automatic systems,
- Requesting the compensation of your loss in case you incur loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your applications are finalized free of charge as soon as possible and in thirty days at the latest, based on the nature of your claim. In case the process requires additional costs, you may be charged a certain fee based on a price list that is to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Committee.
